Billing questions, answered

Why per business and not per user?
Because export work is a team sport. If pricing punishes you for giving the documentation officer a login, the data stops being trustworthy — and then the software is worthless.
What does annual billing save?
10% against the monthly rate, invoiced once for the year. You can switch from monthly to annual at any point and we pro-rate the difference.
Is implementation extra?
Migration and setup are quoted once at the start, based on how much history you want brought across. Enterprise includes it.
What happens if we exceed the Starter order limit?
Nothing breaks. We flag it, and if it keeps happening we'll talk about moving you to Pro — not bill you a surprise.
Can we pay by cheque or NEFT?
Yes. Cards, UPI, NEFT and cheque, against a GST invoice.
Is there a contract lock-in?
Monthly plans can be stopped at the end of any month, and you can export your full data whenever you want.
